Mark is currently working as an IT Management consultant. Prior to that, Mark held several positions at Thomson Reuters, including SVP of Technology, Chief Architect, VP R&D and CTO of Business of Law. Mark holds several IT patents and sits on several technology advisory boards.

COO - Ron Cirillo

Ron is a senior technology executive with over 15 years of experience running complex global organizations. Ron’s areas of expertise are cyber security, data privacy and operational technology. Ron currently serves as Head of Platform Engineering, AI and Advanced Analytics for a large Canadian pension fund.

CRO - Mike Moody

Mike is currently Sr RVP - Strategic HCLS at Snowflake. Prior to Snowflake, Mike was with ServiceNow where he held the position of Vice President for Strategic Accounts. Mike has 35 years of experience in IT, starting as a systems programmer before moving into sales.

CFO - Cyndi Bluhm

Cyndi recently completed her second year of a JD program at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Cyndi worked as a CPA for 10 years. Cyndi has served on a school board as secretary and as treasurer, and was the point person for the board in building a new school using bond financing.
