  • What is VestaConnect?

    VestaConnect is a smart, touch only communication platform that centers the experience of each user and connects them to family, friends, and caregivers. Using the platform requires no previous experience with or understanding of technology, nor does it require training, a remote control, a keyboard, a mouse, or any complex applications. VestaConnect is a flexible solution suitable for individuals living independently or in care homes, including people who may be experiencing cognitive challenges.

  • How does VestaConnect work?

    VestaConnect requires a touchscreen in the primary user’s living space.   Simply by touching the screen, the primary user can access key information, understand their activities, manage tasks, and connect with friends and family without ever worrying about understanding technology, updating apps, or navigating menus.  The family, friends, and professional caregivers  can use their current computers or mobile devices to access all the features they need and to connect to the primary user.  

  • How much is VestaConnect and where do I get it?

    VestaConnect is a subscription that includes the dedicated touchscreen.  A subscription for a 15" screen is $49.95 a month, and a subscription for a 27" screen is 59.95 a month.  There is no long term commitment, and you can cancel at any time - simply return the screen to us.  Once the subscription is purchased and unlimited number of people can connect for free, and the VestaConnect service is unlimited.

  • Is VestaConnect secure?

    We understand the sensitive nature of the personal information that users may store in our platform.  We have designed the system to be HIPAA and GDPR compliant, and we are in the process of getting the platform SOC 2 certified.  Simply put, we are going to meet or exceed the security standards required of any hospital or health care provider.

  • How can I request technical support?

  • Is the hardware included in the monthly fee?

    Yes, the smart screen is included within the cost of the subscription.  If you cancel the subscription, simply return the screen to us.  You can cancel at any time, as there is no long term commitment required.

  • Can I use equipment that I already have for the smart screen?

    For the smart screen itself, our dedicated devices must be used.  When it comes to the VestaConnect user application that will be used by admins, connected users, staff members, etc. any reasonably modern computer or tablet should be suitable.  We also have the VestaConnect Companion mobile app that is available on iOS and Android in the Apple App Store and Google Playstore.  VestaConnect user accounts and applications are compeltely free and always will be.

  • How do I get an evaluation version?

    We are not currently offering evaluation versions, but there is no long term commitment to VestaConnect.  If you subscribe and do not get value out of the service, simply cancel and return the screen to us.

  • Can I be a beta tester?

    We are always on the lookout for people to test our new features and provide feedback.  Please get in touch if you're interested.
