Purchase a Smart Screen
Scroll down to view the smart screen options that are available and place an order. Smart screens arrive with all required software pre-installed. Simply power it up and connect it to the internet. If you decide that you no longer want to use the VestaConnect service at some point in the future, the smart screen can be easily reset and used as a normal Android tablet.

Register for an Account
In order to get started, you will need to register for a VestaConnect account, which is completely free and always will be. Even if you never purchase a smart screen, you will be able to use your VestaConnect account to connect with any friends or family members who do have one.

Create a Primary User
Once you have created an account, you will be able to log in and create a primary user within the platform. The "primary user" is the person for whom the smart screen is being purchased whether you are purchasing it for yourself, in which case you are the primary user, or a loved one who would then be the primary user. It is free to create a primary user and populate all of the information that you want to display on the screen, as well as to upload photos and documents, enter medical information, etc.

Subscribe
When your smart screen arrives and you have created a primary user, you will follow very simple instructions to link the screen to the user. It is at this point that you will need to purchase a VestaConnnect subscription, which is $29.95 per month with the first 30 days free. As soon as you have subscribed, the smart screen will display all primary user data, and your primary user will have unlimited access to all VestaConnect features.
Easy Setup, Endless Connection
While the purchase of a smart screen and associated monthly subscription is required, connecting with an unlimited number of contacts for audio and video calling, event coordination, sharing of photos, and many other features that help you stay connected is completely free. When you have VestaConnect, no one ever needs to pay to connect with you on our platform.

Wall mounting isn't an option?
The VestaConnect smart screen provides the most value when it is positioned in a fixed location. Wall mounting is ideal, but if that does not work for you, please consider purchasing a portable floor stand. We have tested our screens on a portable floor stand and have not noticed any difference in quality of service when compared to wall mounting. If mounting is not an option, but you want to take advantage of more advanced features that require the screen location to be fixed, we recommend that you purchase the same stand that we used for our testing.
